Qualifications: Must Have: 1 year paid house cleaning experience, 3 professional references Must be reliable Have your own transportation and cleaning supplies Have or be willing to get Business Liability Insurance You tell us your availability, what areas you want to work in and what types of cleanings you will accept. We send you the cleaning job offers regularly based on what you ask for. We take care of advertising, phone estimates, customer service, scheduling and billing for the clients. You take care of only the cleaning and get 50% of each job, which equals $25-$30 per cleaning hour. You're able to keep your already established clientele.
