The Human Resources Coordinator will assist the Human Resources department in carrying out various policies and procedures for all company employees as it relates to supporting HR process and system compliance.

Position : HR Coordinator

Hours : Monday-Friday 8:00 AM -5:00 PM

Pay Rate : $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Essential Functions

  • Answers HR email and phone calls, and direct to the appropriate HR team member, as needed.
  • Ensures that human resource files and records are uploaded and maintained in accordance with legal requirements and MS policies and procedures.
  • Follow up with Management to ensure that all necessary employee documentation is gathered and received, as needed.
  • Supports to ensure that employee system records are accurately recorded and cross-checked in the HRIS.
  • Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining professional working relations with applicants, employees, visitors, callers, and business professionals.
  • Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective communication, coordination, and working relations with employee personnel and with HR management.
  • Be the primary owner of onboarding for new/transferring employees, ensuring they are complete and current.
  • Support local site management teams to optimize onboarding requirements.
  • Special projects as required or assigned.

 

Requirements

  • Minimum of high school diploma.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Word, Excel, data entry, and typing.
  • Must be able to maintain confidential information.
