This is a permanent full-time (W2) direct hire role with our client.
Responsibilities:
Administer, enhance, and support HR systems, focusing on UKG / Kronos applications (time clock / attendance setup, maintenance, troubleshooting).
Serve as the technical point of contact for system maintenance and configuration, ensuring data integrity, system testing, reporting, and process improvements.
Support and manage time clock (time and attendance) infrastructure.
Design and implement complex accrual rules and attendance point systems, with experience configuring and managing complex accrual calculations.
Develop and maintain attendance policies and warning templates.
Design and implement standard operating procedures for the HR Technology team.
