💼 About the Role:

We’re seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to work with a diverse group of students across K–12 settings. This hybrid role offers the perfect blend of in-person interaction and remote flexibility, with strong support from a collaborative and experienced special education team.

✨ What You’ll Do:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments for speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans (IEPs)
• Provide direct and consultative services in person and via teletherapy
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school teams to support student success
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines

✅ Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Texas SLP license (or eligibility)
• ASHA CCCs preferred; strong CFs encouraged to apply
• Previous school-based experience is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
