Looking to grow your career from home? We're hiring Remote Customer Service Agents with Call Center Experience to join a Fortune 500 pharmaceutical company. If you're motivated, professional, and have recent call center experience — this is your chance! Applicants MUST live within 30 Miles of Irving, TX to be able to pick up your work equipment. 1 Year of Call Center Experience is Required!

• Position: Call Center Agent
• $16/hour + Weekly Pay
• Full Benefits Package
• Paid Training Provided
• All Equipment will be provided
• Start Date: September 2025

Applicants MUST live within 30 miles of Irving, TX – You’ll be required to pick up your work equipment in person.

Schedule: Must be flexible to work any 8-hour shift between 7AM–8PM CST, MON-FRI (Must be available to work any 8-hour shift assigned between the hours of operation)

 

**Must live in Irving, TX or surrounding cities to pick up equipment. ** If you do not live within DFW,TX you will not be considered.

 

 

Job Details:

• Receive inbound calls, may require outbound calls depending on department.
• Update patient data, ensuring accuracy.
• Using computer skills for data entry.
• Operating according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program.
• Working with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient.

 

Requirements:

Must have 1 year or more of RECENT call center experience. (NO EXCEPTIONS)

• Must be able to pick up equipment in Irving, TX
• Knowledge of medical terminology, HIPAA regulations, and patient privacy practices a PLUS but not required!
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Private, quiet, and distraction-free workspace
• Must be able to log in and work full scheduled shifts without interruptions
• Basic technical troubleshooting skills for common remote work issues
• High-Speed Internet with a wired connection to modem is mandatory. (Mobile hot spots are not accepted)
• Adhere to all company required KPI's
• HS Diploma/Equivalent
