Overview Investment Banking Private Capital Advisory Associate. The Private Capital Advisory team, part of a leading global elite boutique investment bank, delivers innovative solutions to clients across private equity, alternative investments, and institutional capital markets. The team is looking for a highly motivated Associate to join the Private Capital Advisory team in New York to work alongside senior bankers on secondary transactions and strategic advisory mandates for top-tier private equity sponsors, institutional investors, and alternative asset managers. Key Responsibilities Lead the execution of private capital advisory transactions, including GP-led secondaries and primary fundraising. Prepare and review marketing materials, financial models, and client presentations. Conduct due diligence, market research, and investor outreach. Manage transaction processes, timelines, and communications with clients and counterparties. Mentor and develop junior team members. Qualifications 3-5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, or a related financial services field. Strong technical skills in financial modeling, valuation, and transaction structuring. Exceptional analytical, communication, and project management abilities. Proven track record of working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Bachelor's degree from a top-tier institution; MBA or other advanced degree a plus.
