IT Manager - Media/Sports Organization (Infrastructure, Broadcast & Operations)
Role Brief:
Lead and manage the technology infrastructure that powers a fast-paced media or sports environment. Oversee networks, systems, event-critical tech, and production workflows to ensure reliability, security, and seamless operations across corporate, studio, and live-event settings.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, networks, and enterprise systems
• Oversee technology for studios, production environments, or live-event operations
• Support editorial, broadcast, marketing, and business teams with technical needs
• Implement and enforce IT security standards and compliance requirements
• Lead IT projects such as system upgrades, cloud migrations, and workflow automation
• Manage vendor relationships, hardware procurement, and onsite support teams
• Ensure high availability and rapid troubleshooting during time-sensitive operations

Ideal Background:

• 5+ years in IT management, systems admin, or infrastructure operations
• Experience in media, live sports, broadcasting, or production-heavy workflows
• Strong understanding of networks, cloud platforms, and event-critical systems
• Excellent communication and leadership skills in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
