HVAC Service Apprentice

As an HVAC Service Apprentice, you will embark on a journey to learn the ins and outs of the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) industry. No prior experience is required, but a strong mechanical inclination and a genuine desire to provide exceptional service are a must.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and Assist: Work alongside experienced technicians to install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential settings.
• Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a courteous and professional manner, actively listening to their needs and offering appropriate solutions.
• Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for additional services or products that can benefit customers.
• Problem Solving: Apply creative thinking to troubleshoot and resolve HVAC-related issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and your team.

Qualifications:

• Mechanical Inclination: Strong interest and aptitude in mechanical systems and a willingness to learn about HVAC technology.
• Customer-Focused: A genuine passion for helping people and a dedication to providing exceptional service.
• Sales Enthusiast: Enjoy engaging with customers and identifying opportunities to enhance their HVAC experience.

• Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required for this role and all drivers must be 21 or over.
