Insight Global's client is looking for a Kronos Technical SME what will configure and will act as the primary support contact for Kronos WFC. For the role, we need someone who has is a UKG (Kronos) Workforce Central Technical SME. We need someone who has experience with configuration. This person will need to help configure changes as they arise which could relate to configuration of holidays (including as part of year end activities), changes to pay codes, wage progression, adjustment rules, etc. Having existing experience with manufacturing industry would be beneficial, as would experience with US, Canada & UK work regulations. This person would also need to be able to work closely with our support partners to resolve issues, this could include prioritization, engaging with the business & IT teams, etc.

We are looking to backfill for steady state while the project is going on. Covering the day to day aspects.

They have to be able to build up relationships quickly, sharing that all inquiries go to them rather than the person who used to do this role (who is focused on the project). All of this work is related to our time keeping solution for manufacturing plants, really covering US, Canada and UK. Examples are:

Badging in and out in the plants.

Changes in the sick leave approach in Missouri for example.

Regulatory and changes.

Holidays changing, union, etc.

Skills and Requirements

-Kronos/UKG - Workforce Central experience -configuring within WFC specifically, making those technical changes

-Ability to work independently

-Work with 3rd party when there are issue with clocks, helping to get them in contact with the business when needed, some back and advise and see if they should reach out to UKG.

-Proven ability to build relationships -Manufacturing for the sequences of things
