Job Description

Salary: $90,000 - 120,000 per year Requirements:

• We are seeking candidates who have substantial experience in Workday Cloud HCM Absence Management and Security. You should demonstrate proficiency in Workday HCM Tools Customer Central and Business Process. Advanced skills in Excel for data analysis and reporting are essential. A strong understanding of the Payer domain and its specific requirements is also necessary. Additionally, we prefer applicants who have a proven track record of successful Workday HCM implementations and who exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• In this position, you will be responsible for leading the design and execution of Workday HCM solutions, ensuring they align with our business goals. You will oversee the integration of Workday Cloud HCM Absence Management and Security features to enhance system capabilities. Your role will involve providing expert guidance on Workday HCM Tools Customer Central to streamline HR operations. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be key to optimizing Workday HCM Business Processes for greater efficiency. You will utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze and interpret complex data sets, which will support decision-making processes. Additionally, you will develop and maintain detailed documentation for Workday HCM configurations and customizations, ensure data integrity and security within Workday systems in line with industry best practices, and conduct regular system audits to identify improvement areas. Providing training and troubleshooting assistance for end-users regarding Workday HCM applications will also be part of your duties. Staying current with the latest Workday releases and integrating relevant features into existing systems will be crucial. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall performance of our Workday HCM solutions while collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Ultimately, your contributions will help leverage technology to improve HR processes and the employee experience.
