THE OPPORTUNITY

Landscape Division Manager to run our commercial landscape maintenance and enhancement division. The successful candidate is ambitious and ready to drive growth through innovation, creativity and application of business metrics.

ABOUT THE COMPANY

CAM Property Services is a fast-growing commercial maintenance and construction contractor headquartered in Torrance, California. We operate four branch offices in Anaheim, Clovis, Rancho Cucamonga and San Diego. Future expansion plans include Arizona and beyond. The ideal candidate will need to live in either the Orange County or Los Angeles County area(s), as the majority of the time this individual will report to our corporate office in Torrance, CA.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strategic Growth: Drive the landscape division’s expansion into market verticals and new markets, with a focus on profitable growth.
• Profit and Loss Management: Oversee financial performance, ensuring the division meets or exceeds revenue and profitability targets.
• Personnel Management: Lead recruitment, coaching, talent management, and ensure compliance with wage and hour laws.
• Key Performance Indicators: Develop and implement KPIs to drive division performance and operational excellence.
• Safety Training: Ensure all staff are trained in safety procedures and best practices.
• Fleet and Resource Management: Oversee the management of fleet vehicles and other resources to optimize efficiency and performance.
• Report to company President

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor of Arts, MBA preferred
• 5-7 years of progressive landscape management and leadership experience
• C-27, QAL or other certifications preferred

ELIGIBILITY

This role is ideal for Branch Managers, General Managers or Regional Managers seeking career advancement in the commercial facilities management industry.

COMPENSATION

• Base Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 per year
• Annual performance bonus based on operations metrics, 30% of Base Salary
