Perform and review advanced structural analysis and design for new bridges, rehabilitations, and retrofits. Work on a diverse range of bridge types, including steel, concrete, and prestressed structures.
Guide, mentor, and provide technical direction to a team of structural engineers, designers, and drafters. Conduct quality control reviews of their work to ensure accuracy and compliance with design standards.
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, regulatory agencies (like DOTs), and other project stakeholders. Present complex technical solutions clearly and effectively.
Contribute to project proposals, prepare technical specifications, and assist in securing new business for the company.
Provide technical support during the construction phase, including site visits, inspections, and resolving any design-related issues that arise.
