Position Overview
The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt leads strategic projects sponsored by senior leadership across the organization and its affiliates, applying Six Sigma, Lean, and Continuous Improvement (CI) methodologies to drive change management, business process improvement, and process reengineering. With full support from business leaders, this role serves as a key agent of change, guiding cross-functional teams, leveraging project management techniques, and delivering measurable results. By partnering with business leaders, the Black Belt works on a wide range of initiatives that enhance capabilities, improve operations, and enable long-term organizational success.
