Job Title: Lease Administrator

Location: Houston, TX 77046 (On-site)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $52,000 annually

About the Opportunity

On behalf of our client, a well-established and growing full-service commercial real estate firm based in Houston, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Lease Administrator to support the company’s leasing and property management operations.

This full-time role is ideal for a professional who excels in managing high-volume lease documentation, coordinating across departments, and maintaining organizational systems that ensure compliance and efficiency. Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, revise, and finalize lease agreements for new developments and third-party properties.
  • Review redlines and manage document execution workflows.
  • Maintain templates for leases, LOIs, amendments, and other standard leasing documents.
  • Organize and archive fully executed documents in digital systems.
  • Collect, verify, and track supporting documentation such as payments and tenant identification.
  • Administer and maintain the company’s DocuSign account for leasing and property management functions.
  • Update leasing data in Yardi, including onboarding, amendments, terminations, and renewals.
  • Manage task tracking and deadlines in Asana to ensure timely execution.
  • Maintain Exclusivity Abstracts and development checklists for new properties.
  • Distribute executed documents to internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Serve as a liaison between leasing, management, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive, professional demeanor and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable working with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with Yardi and DocuSign preferred.
  • Skilled in formatting, proofing, and preparing professional documents.
  • Basic math aptitude for lease calculations and data input.

Education

  • High School Diploma required
  • College Degree preferred
