Job Title: Leasing Agent

Location: Onsite in Portland, Oregon

Contract Duration: 1-3 months

Compensation - $23-26 per hour

Work Hours: Full Time

LHH Recruitment is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Agent to join our client's team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and a passion for helping people find their perfect home.

Responsibilities:

• Property Tours: Conduct property tours for prospective tenants, showcasing available units and highlighting key features and amenities.

• Tenant Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective tenants, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

• Leasing Process: Assist with the leasing process, including application processing, lease agreements, and move-in procedures.

• Marketing: Participate in marketing efforts to attract new tenants, including online listings, social media, and community outreach.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience in property management or leasing is preferred.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Customer Service: Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

• Tech Savvy: Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay Details: $23.00 to $26.00 per hour
