Position Overview:

Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a dedicated and organized Leasing Assistant to join a dynamic team in the real estate industry. This position is crucial in supporting leasing operations and ensuring a smooth experience for both prospective and current tenants. The Leasing Assistant will work closely with property management to maintain high standards of service and efficiency. This is a direct hire role. It is full-time, hours are 9am-5pm Monday through Friday. Salary is up to $70k and dependent on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the coordination of leasing activities, including showing properties to potential tenants occasionally.
  • Prepare and manage leasing documentation, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Serve as 'home base' for the sales team and provide comprehensive administrative support to team.
  • Respond to tenant inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to enhance tenant satisfaction.
  • Maintain organized records of tenant applications, lease agreements, and renewals.
  • Collaborate with the property management team to address maintenance requests and other tenant concerns.
  • Support marketing efforts by assisting in the creation of promotional materials.
  • Conduct market research to keep abreast of current trends in the real estate leasing market.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding leasing and property management.

Requirements:

  • College degeee preferred; additional qualifications in real estate or property management are a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with tenants and team members.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint.
  • Previous experience in leasing or property management is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
