Job Description

State Farm Agency is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of a remote Licensed Insurance Professional. We seek an experienced, enthusiastic team player licensed in Arizona with a non-resident license in Colorado to join our team. This is a service position with the unlimited ability for sales in Arizona with our adjacent state licensing.


This role requires exceptional relationship building, organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion. The best candidate understands the State Farm Agency model and has market area operations acumen.

This remote position is only available to candidates who meet the following criteria:

  1. Must have recent State Farm experience
  2. Must have an active Arizona Property and Casualty license
  3. Must be willing to obtain a Colorado Property and Casualty license

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
  • Develop new service opportunities with both existing and new clients.

Requirements

  • Recent State Farm experience
  • AZ Property & Casualty license (required)
  • CO Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
  • Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
  • Knowledge of BOD processing including CCC opportunities, CCC cases, late pays (templates will be provided)
  • Knowledge of shared folders and distributing the underwriting requests
  • Ability to take great notes and properly document in ECRM for follow up
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Be a team player and contribute to the overall growth of the office
