What You’ll Do:
• Design, plan, and host resident events that reflect the vibrancy of 414 Light Street.
• Partner with luxury brands, local chefs, artists, musicians, and wellness gurus.
• Curate seasonal calendars that celebrate diversity, community, and creativity.
• Engage with residents on-site and through social media to promote engagement and community pride.
• Champion the 414 Light Street brand — onsite, online, and citywide.
What We’re Looking For:
• 2+ years in event planning, luxury hospitality, concierge, lifestyle marketing, or related roles.
• Exceptional creativity and people skills.
• Social media fluency — you know how to turn moments into content.
• Highly organized, independent, and ready to bring your vision to life.
