Job Title: Linux Systems Engineer
Shift: Core Hours
Compensation: $65-$97/hr (dependent on experience)
Day to Day:
Insight Global is looking for an experienced Systems Engineer to support a classified DoD client in Chantilly, Va. This individual will be responsible for the design, development, testing and maintenance of a private cloud service used to support multiple classified tenants. They will be responsible for ensuring the Linux hosted applications are running smoothly, as well as deploying new applications and supporting new functionality on the system.
Must Haves:
-TS Clearance with SCI Eligibility
-Bachelors and 2+ years of related experience, or 6 YOE
-Experience supporting Linux server environments
-Experience supporting cloud or virtual environments (AWS, Azure, Openstack, VMWare, etc.)
-Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift other container experience
-Experience using Python or other tools (puppet, ansible, chef) for automation
