Job Description & RequirementsWCS Healthcare is partnering with a reputable assisted living organization seeking a qualified RN to work a Monday - Friday 9am-5pm schedule as a Nurse Case Manager conducting assessments for Long Term Care services in Manhattan.
Job Function:

Job Requirements :
\nNYS RN License.
\nBachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred).
\nAssociate’s Degree in Nursing required.
\nMinimum of 3 years of RN experience.
\nBilingual in Spanish or Chinese (preferred).
\nMust have Care Management, UAS, or Managed Long-Term Care experience.
\nField-based assessment experience.
