The UPS Half Moon warehouse will soon be opening!
Before you start, we need to get you up-to-speed on some important details so you're ready to hit the
ground running.
New employees that are hired to work in this building will train for up to 4 weeks at our nearby Albany
warehouse. They will then switch to the warehouse moving forward.

Who exactly are UPS Warehouse Workers?
Also known as package handlers, many of our warehouse workers load/unload packages in and out of
UPS trailers or our signature brown trucks. Others sort packages to ensure they make it to the right
destination. They are a collaborative, energetic team- and they enjoy fast-paced work.
So, what does it take to make it through a busy shift moving boxes and packages?
The ability to lift up to 70 lbs So, what is UPS all about?
Well, youre probably already familiar with us were the brown trucks delivering everything from
diapers, dish towels and holiday gifts to college care packages and life-saving medicines.
But were more than that. Were also hardworking, efficient package handlers and friendly, focused
drivers. Were professionals working in finance, technology, engineering, marketing, and more. We are
