Job Description

Akkodis is seeking a Manager of Business Analysts for a full-time job opportunity with a direct client located in the Montgomery PA area. You will be responsible for project management activities while overseeing, leading and mentoring a team of Business Analysts.

Local candidates are needed as this is a 100% onsite position.

Salary Range: $120,000. to $125,000. W2 base plus $10K annual bonus and competitive benefits offering

Job responsibilities for the position include:

• Managing end-to-end and scoping of large-scale projects
• Leading a team of business analysts to ensure effective requirements gathering, documentation and UAT testing.
• Providing coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for a team of Business Analysts
• Monitoring team performance, ensuring timely project delivery and quality outcomes.
• Identifying risks, dependencies, and areas for improvement in Business Analysis processes.
• Communicating effectively with senior leadership, project managers, and cross-functional teams.
• Gathering and documenting requirements and processes
• Overseeing the development of business process models, workflows, and system requirements.
• Driving process improvements and innovation in BA methodologies.

Qualifications Required:

• 5+ years in manager/leader role with 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis (BA)
• Proven track record of managing large-scale projects and leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience in defining and implementing BA & QA strategies, processes, and best practices.
• Hands-on experience in requirement gathering, process modeling, test planning, execution, and automation frameworks
• Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project environments.
• Proficiency in BA and QA tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Selenium, TestRail, etc.).
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders, development teams, and senior leadership to align objectives with business goals
• Experience in healthcare environments a plus
