Salary:
EspriGas brings a modern approach to the $130 billion gas industry by utilizing a network business
model to deliver products nationwide. We leverage our unique service and technological capabilities
to handle the complex logistical needs of large, multi-site companies through a national network of
gas supply partners. Our customers include Fortune 1000 companies across various industries,
such as food and beverage, healthcare, construction, manufacturing, etc. Examples include
providing medical gas to large clinic chains such as PetSmart Pet Hospitals and CO2 for top
restaurant chains such as Panda Express. Our industry produces, distributes, and sells atmospheric
gases and other specialty products.
Position: Marketing Manager
Reports to: Head of Sales and Account Management
Department: Sales & Account Management
FLSA Status: Exempt
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Job Location: Atlanta, GA or Nashville, TN
Purpose of the Position:
The Marketing Manager will lead all aspects of our marketing efforts across brand positioning,
demand generation, content strategy, communications, and sales enablement. The Marketing
Manager will report directly to the Head of Sales and Account Management and will manage key
agency partners and a small internal team. This is a highly strategic but hands-on role that will
collaborate closely with senior leadership throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development: Create and implement segment-based marketing strategies focused
on lead generation and pipeline creation.
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns
(email, social media, PPC, SEO, content marketing) to drive traffic and conversions.
Sales Enablement & Content Creation: Leverage outside creative resources to develop
content such as white papers, 1-pagers, sales presentations, case studies, etc.
Event Management: Support tradeshow activities swag, logistics, pre-show awareness,
coordinating on-site activities.
Brand Management: Protect and improve how the brand is perceived by customers and
prospects oversee Espris website and media strategy.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, adjusting
strategies based on data-driven insights.
Collaboration: Work closely with sales and services teams to align marketing efforts with
business goals and ensure smooth lead handoff.
Budget Management: Oversee the digital marketing budget and allocate resources across
channels and tools to effectively maximize ROI.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
4+ years of work experience
Extensive knowledge of modern B2B marketing tactics (e.g., Account Based Marketing)
Strong skills in content strategy, digital marketing, and campaign execution
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Pardot/Salesforce Account
Engagement, Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media platforms)
