At SandCille Spa, you will be treated fairly, with respect & dignity, and will earn competitive commissions (no product deductions) and bonuses. We work with an upscale clientele so the tips are great and you keep 100%, which are paid out daily. We offer in-house training, and work to present educational opportunities which are either paid in full or partially through reimbursement or paycheck deduction. Management focuses on marketing to fill therapists’ schedules, and fully supports therapists with marketing collateral and competitive specials to draw in new clientele.
* Provide excellent massage therapy to guests (may include relaxation, integrated, deep tissue, hot stone, shiatzu, pregnancy, reflexology & stretching)
* Assist team in maintaining the cleanliness of the spa
* Always serve guests throughout the spa
