Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Local candidates only)
Onsite Requirement: 35 days of initial onsite training, followed by 24 onsite days per month based on educational needs, site meetings, and workflow

Job Summary
The Risk Adjustment Coder / Coding Educator provides education and training to physicians, mid-levels, and support staff on accurate HCC capture and documentation. This position performs prospective and retrospective chart reviews, conducts provider assessments, and delivers both one-on-one and group education sessions. Working under general supervision, the role plays a key part in ensuring accurate risk adjustment coding and documentation quality.
