Are you a data-driven digital marketer with deep expertise in Meta Ads ? Transformer Table is looking for a Meta Ads Manager to lead our paid social strategy across Facebook , Instagram, and Messenger. You’ll play a key role in scaling our global reach and driving performance through high-impact campaigns.

Your Role:

As Meta Ads Manager, you will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of all paid campaigns across Meta platforms. You’ll work closely with our creative and marketing teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with business goals and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage full-funnel Meta ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger)
• Oversee campaign setup, audience targeting, budget allocation, and performance tracking
• Analyze campaign data to identify trends, optimize performance, and report on ROI
• Ensure accurate pixel implementation, event tracking, and attribution
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to Meta Ads Manager and Business Manager
• Collaborate with creative teams to test and iterate on ad creatives and messaging
• Stay ahead of Meta platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices
• Provide strategic insights to support broader marketing and growth initiatives

What You Bring:

• 4–6 years of experience managing Meta ad campaigns, ideally in eCommerce or DTC
• Proven track record of scaling paid social campaigns and improving ROAS
• Deep knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, pixel setup, and conversion tracking
• Strong analytical skills and experience with performance reporting tools
• Excellent communication and project management abilities
