Position Highlights: Balanced scope: inpatient nephrology consults, dialysis oversight, and light outpatient clinic Modern, custom-built office space Strong NP and administrative support (MA, NP'S, Extenders, Credentialing Coordinator and Mentorship) Manageable workload with thoughtful ramp-up for new hires No internal medicine or emergency room call required Nursing home consults not required - optional Optional involvement in clinical research/PI opportunities No internal medicine or emergency room call required Competitive compensation with flexibility based on experience Partnership track available About the Opportunity/Practice: Stable, collaborative nephrology group with a strong reputation Work in a custom-built, modern outpatient clinic with beautiful facilitie Join a high-quality practice providing comprehensive care across: Acute and chronic kidney disease (AKI & CKD) ESRD and dialysis management Hypertension and electrolyte/acid-base disorders Kidney transplant evaluation and follow-up Diet and lifestyle management as part of kidney care Balanced scope including: Coverage across several community hospitals (smaller facilities, not large academic centers) In-center hemodialysis (with extender support) Limited outpatient clinic (~1 afternoon/week) Optional nursing home consults and clinical research involvement - not required Dialysis patient panel supported by NPs/MAs, with MD completing required visits Strong administrative and credentialing support — practice handles licensing, hospital privileges, and onboarding Mentorship available from senior nephrologists and experienced mid-level providers Strong NP/admin support with realistic workload expectations Competitive compensation with flexibility + long-term partnership potential You’ll work alongside experienced, board-certified nephrologists and an advanced practice provider team in a collaborative, well-supported environment.
