Job Summary

The Nurse Extern I is an entry-level position that offers valuable clinical experience and skills development in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Main Responsibilities:

• Support registered nurses with patient care tasks
• Assist with nursing procedures and medical interventions
• Perform basic life support functions as needed

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a recognized RN program
• Completed at least one clinical rotation
• Demonstrated proficiency in fundamental nursing skills
• Prior hospital experience is preferred, but not mandatory
• AHA BLS certification within two weeks of employment is required
