Remote Nurse Practitioner (West Coast-Based Only)

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | No Weekends or Holidays (3 Month Contract)

Location: Remote – Applicants must reside in the West Coast and hold an active California Nurse Practitioner license to be considered.

About the Role: 
Where Productivity Meets Purpose:

• As a Remote Telehealth Nurse Practitioner at PrimoCare, you’ll be part of a dedicated team delivering life-changing care to seniors, often some of the most underserved patients in our system.
• This is not a low-volume telehealth gig. It’s a full-time, high-impact clinical role.
• You’ll manage a full 8-hour day seeing multiple patients- each of whom relies on your insight, empathy, and expertise.
• You’ll work Monday through Friday during regular business hours—no weekends, no holidays.

What to Expect:

• Back-to-back remote visits with senior patients managing chronic conditions.
• Full 8-hour workdays, Monday through Friday.
• Virtual collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to build effective care plans.
• Accurate and efficient documentation in a secure system.
• Fast-paced, structured, and patient-centered care environment.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Active California Nurse Practitioner license (Required).
• Board-certified in Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or related specialty.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (preferably in senior care).
• Disciplined, self-motivated, and organized.
  Comfortable managing high-volume patient loads with consistency and care.
• Tech-savvy and adaptable to new systems.
• A compassionate communicator who leads with heart, clarity, and professionalism.
