Columbia College is seeking Nurse Aides (NA) in Training!

Ready to start a rewarding career in healthcare? Train to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and make a real difference every day!

Class will start August 26th.


The classes are Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

Tues and Thurs are lecture days 7am-3:30 on Week One, then 7am to 11am after that.

Wednesdays are clinical days 6am to 3:30 starting on Week 2.

Class completes December 10th

Class Summary:
Columbia College in is seeking compassionate and team oriented individuals to join our family. We are offering a Free Nursing Assistant Training Program for Nursing Assistants (that's you!). No experience is required, we will train you. We are looking for individuals, caregivers, nursing assistants who are looking to pursue further education and become a 'Certified Nursing Assistant'. * this is not a paid job, but a free training class

Training will include:

• Basic understanding in patient care
• Lecture and Practical experience
• Emphasis on adult/geriatric care
• Graduates are eligible to take the exam for state Nursing Assistant Certification

Requirements:

• High school or equivalent (Required)
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English
• You Must Be Reliable
• Able to Commit to Completing the class
• Able to provide 2 References
• Be at least 18 years of age at completion of class
