Our Occupational Therapists enjoy some notable benefits: * Excellent Compensation $60-$80 per hour * Flexible scheduling, variety of assignments and work-life balance * Online training, growth and ability to earn CEU's As an Occupational Therapist, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do: * Provide occupational therapy to patients unable to perform daily tasks due to an illness or injury in nursing homes, rehab centers, assisted living facilities, clinics and hospitals * Work with a team of physicians, Nurses, CNA's , PTs and STs to provide excellent patient care * Assist physician in evaluation of patient function, deficits, fall risks and adaptive equipment needs * Assess patient, establish therapy goals, document progress and modify therapy as needed * Assist patient with exercises to improve fine motor skills and coordination * Educate patients and family on established goals, exercises, safety and self-care A few must-haves for Occupational Therapists: * Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program and active OT license in Florida. * Minimum of 2 years of occupational therapy experience in a home health environment * CPR certification and AHCA level 2 experience * Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations * Good clinical judgment, strong interpersonal skills, resourceful and compassionate Why Work for Interim Healthcare?
