Fisher Family Insurance is a growing Allstate agency with a strong team culture and a focus on excellence. We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Office Administrator/Receptionist to join our in-office team full-time. This is a non-licensed position designed to support our Agency Manager and staff with reception and administrative functions.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

  • Answer phones, greet clients, and direct policy inquiries to licensed staff
  • Schedule appointments and maintain office calendars
  • Perform data entry, filing, scanning, and record maintenance
  • Assist with mailings, marketing campaigns, and general office organization
  • Accept and process customer payments (in compliance with Florida guidelines)
  • Assist clients with non-licensed tasks such as updating contact information or initiating claims
  • Provide administrative support to the Agency Manager and licensed agents
Requirements

What Were Looking For:

  • Previous office or receptionist experience required (insurance/financial services background preferred)
  • Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly demeanor
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office, email, and basic office technology
  • A team-player mindset and willingness to learn insurance systems (training provided)
