Job Title: Onboarding Specialist

Manager: Human Resources Manager

Base Salary: $50,000 - $55,000

Discretionary Bonus: 10%

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Onboarding Specialist to ensure a seamless and efficient onboarding experience for new placement personnel. In this critical role, you will combine administrative expertise with exceptional organizational skills to support our team and enhance the employee experience.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for onboarding placement personnel to include accurate completion of onboarding packets and verifying I-9 requirements.
• Collaborate with the Account Executives to ensure an effective application and interview process for placement personnel and provide support as needed.
• Responsible for electronically filing all new hire paperwork into appropriate employee files.
• Provide weekly HRIS data to provide strategic insight for region operations.
• Responsible for office administration functions such as opening the office and closing the office daily while ensuring the office is kept clean and organized; independently ordering and maintaining adequate levels of office supplies and groceries.
• Support and execute special projects or initiatives as assigned by Corporate HR
• Assisting the Operations Manager with additional office support as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual English/Spanish is a must.
• High school diploma/GED.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Minimum of 1 year of administrative support experience is preferred.
