A Brief Overview
The Operating Room professional is responsible for providing safe, efficient, and effective patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures. They assist the surgical team by preparing the operating room, ensuring sterile conditions, managing surgical instruments, and monitoring the patient’s condition throughout the operation. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork, and adherence to strict safety and infection control protocols to support optimal surgical outcomes.
