Job Description
Labor Finders Victorville is urgently hiring experienced Order Pullers with recent sit-down forklift experience for a busy warehouse in Ontario, CA .

This is a physically demanding and fast-paced job. Forklift experience is non-negotiable .
Key Responsibilities:
Operate a sit-down forklift to move and load building materials.
Accurately pull customer orders using warehouse pick sheets.
Load and secure products onto flatbeds or trucks using proper tie-down techniques.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness and return unused items to inventory.
Communicate clearly with supervisors and follow all safety protocols.
Must-Have Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of recent, verifiable experience operating a sit-down forklift (no exceptions).
Experience in order pulling and loading in a warehouse or construction supply environment.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stay active throughout the shift.
Steel-toe boots and full PPE available immediately.
Reliable transportation and strong attendance record.
