Owner Operator - Flatbed and Specialized Heavy Haul Freight

POSITION DETAILS

• Pay Structure:
• 3-Axle Tractor: 65% of Linehaul
• 4-Axle Tractor: 66% of Linehaul
• Add Trailer: +9.7% to +11.7% depending on axles
• Max Payout: 77.7% Linehaul Revenue
• 100% Paid on Fuel Surcharge, Detention, Tarps, Stop-offs, Layovers
• Expected Weekly Revenue: Average $5,000 gross per week
• Expected Net Pay: $3,200-$3,400 NET per week (after insurance & deductions)
• Expected Annual Net: $165,000-$195,000 NET (plus $3,000 safety bonus possible )
• Freight Types:
• Flatbed, Step-Deck, RGN (6-9 Axle), Gooseneck, Stretch
• Specialized Heavy Haul & Oversize
• Repositioning, High-Value, Escort Loads
• No touch freight
• Some loads are drop and hook, most keep assigned trailer
• Safety Bonus: $3,000/year per truck possible - Requirements: No accidents/claims, 1 safety meeting/quarter, $15k+ quarterly revenue
• Weekly Deductions (If Using Company Services):
• Performance Escrow: $50/week (up to $1,000)
• Plates & Permits: $110/week (first 20 weeks)
• ELD Rental: $20/week
• Insurance (Optional): Physical Damage $64/week , OCC/ACC $38/week , Bobtail $10/week , Non-Trucking Liability $38/mo
• Home Time: 7-10 days out as an Owner Operator. No forced dispatch - run as much or as little as you want. Required to pull at least one load per month.
• Pay: Same-day pay via EFS cards or direct deposit
• Orientation: 2 days (Tuesday 9-5 EST & Wednesday 9-4 EST) at McDonough, GA or remotely via Zoom. $1,000 Orientation Bonus . Lunch is provided both days if in-person.

• Trucks must be ELD compliant (Motive ELDs used)
• TWIC is not required but it ,opens up more opportunities
