A Pain Management Physician provides specialized outpatient care focusing on diagnosing and treating patients with acute and chronic pain conditions. This role involves collaboration with a multidisciplinary team including Advanced Practice Providers, pharmacists, and behavioral health specialists within a hospital-based pain medicine department. The physician utilizes comprehensive treatment plans including medication management and physical medicine services across multiple clinical locations.

Deaconess Comprehensive Pain Center is seeking a skilled and compassionate full-time Pain Medicine physician to join our dedicated team. If you're passionate about providing comprehensive pain management care in an outpatient setting, we want you to be part of our growing program!

Position Highlights:

• Join a hospital-based Pain Medicine department within the Deaconess Health System
• Must be Board Certified/Board Eligible in Pain Management
• Outpatient practice delivering pain management services through clinic and procedural treatment plans
• Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) in the outpatient clinic
• Four clinic locations in the Central Region of Deaconess Health System
• Comprehensive pain program that includes:
  • Pharmacist-led Medication Therapy Management (MTM) Clinic for medication management
  • Behavioral health services
  • Physical medicine services
• Shared EMR (Epic) system between clinics and hospitals

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive base annual salary: $550,000 (guaranteed for the first 12 months)
• Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and more
• $50,000 sign-on bonus
