Make a real difference in the lives of older adults and people with disabilities across New Mexico. We’re hiring a compassionate, detail-oriented scheduler to support callers at a vital state resource center. This is a meaningful, fully onsite, part-time role—with a quick turnaround to start date!

The Team You Will Be Joining

You'll be part of a team that connects New Mexico residents with essential services to improve quality of life, maintain independence, and access support. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a mission-driven team that directly serves the public.

Major Duties

• Answer incoming calls and provide courteous, high-quality customer service.
• Collect caller information and input it accurately into a tracking system.
• Schedule appointments promptly and efficiently.
• Route calls appropriately based on caller needs.
• Provide referrals to community resources when applicable.
• Document all interactions thoroughly in the database.

What We’re Looking For

• Candidates should have previous experience in a call center or high-volume customer service role.
• Must be comfortable working with databases and computer systems.
• Familiarity with community and social service resources is a plus.
• Must demonstrate strong multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Should be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Exciting Opportunity Details

• Rate: $24.00 per hour
• Length of Engagement: 4 to 5 months (grant funded)
• Days/Hours: Option 1: 9 am – 1 pm or Option 2: 12 pm – 4 pm.
• Location: Santa Fe, NM (87505)
