Plant Manager – Hands-On Leadership Role with a Global OEM Manufacturer
Location: Northwest Suburbs of Chicago | Compensation: $85K–$100K base + 20–25% bonus | On-Site | Monday–Friday | No weekends
A global OEM machinery manufacturer with strong European roots is hiring a Plant Manager to lead their U.S. operations during a pivotal period of reorganization and modernization. This is a rare opportunity to join a well-established, respected company where you’ll have the autonomy to drive meaningful operational improvements and influence long-term strategy.
The company designs and builds specialty machinery for industrial heating element production, serving industries including medical, transportation, power, oil and gas, and refrigeration. The U.S. facility operates as a low-volume, made-to-order assembly environment with a team of approximately 20–25 total staff.
