Insight Global is seeking a Plant Manager for a manufacturing client based in Wheeling, WV. In this position you will oversee all aspects of plant operations, ensuring optimal performance of equipment, adherence to safety standards, and efficient workflow. This role requires a hands-on leader with deep technical expertise in industrial systems and a passion for team development and operational excellence.
Required Skills & Experience:
• 10-15 years proven experience in a plant or operations management role, preferably in industrial laundry or a similar environment.
• No Education requirement • Lead a team of 2-3 people
• Strong technical background with hands-on experience in:
• Boiler systems • Air compressor pumps
• Welding (MIG, TIG, or Stick)
• Electrical troubleshooting and preventative maintenance
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
• Knowledge of OSHA and other relevant safety regulations.
• High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or degree in engineering or industrial maintenance preferred.
Compensation: $70,000 to $85,000 per year annual salary. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role may include healthcare insurance offerings and paid leave as provided by applicable law.
