We continue to grow and are seeking a solution-oriented and customer-focused Pool Maintenance and Repair Technician to join our team.

Description
This position is responsible for providing excellent on-site pool cleaning, pool maintenance, and repair services to each and every customer. This includes following our proven pool cleaning and repair methods, handling pool chemicals and all tools in a controlled and safe manner. This position is also responsible for diagnosing issues with the swimming pool equipment and providing solutions. This includes following our proven process for diagnosing issues, successfully communicating alternative solutions to the customer, completing the solution in an efficient manner and following all established protocols and sharing lessons learned with the rest of our team. Experience with the repair and installation of the following preferred:

• Equipment
• Pumps
• Filters
• Heaters
• Lights
• Automation
• Pool Plumbing

The ideal person for this position will love to work outdoors. They will be a self- starter who has the ability to work independently with minimal oversight and guidance. They will handle all matters with integrity and embrace the concept and requirements of delivering "quality service".

Success in this position will be determined by the following measurable results:

• Ability to manage pool routes including cleaning of pools as needed
• Knowledge and experience with water chemistry
• Ability to manage stocking of chemicals on the truck
• Manage a daily schedule of equipment repair tasks
• Repair and installation of pool pumps, heaters, filters, timers, pool cleaners, blowers, lights, automated pool systems, chlorinators, backwash valves, PVC plumbing, copper plumbing, and galvanized plumbing
• Knowledge of 110 volt and 220 volt electrical equipment
• Ability to manage an inventory of equipment on truck and properly utilize and replenish the inventory when needed
• Ability to utilize a smart phone for Pool mobile platform
• The ability to spot opportunities outside of the repair call, such as upgrading other equipment or adding to the customer experience with other products
• Be a self-motivator and punctual.
• Have excellent communication skills.

• You must have problem-solving abilities.
• Enjoy working outdoors.

• Manage your time and communicate with the office well.
• Flexibility to fill other positions as needed
• HVAC qualifications are a plus
• Have own tools to use as needed
• Follow up and secure new maintenance accounts using an assigned vehicle, pool cleaning equipment, pool chemicals and uniform shirt provided by the employer.
• Completely review paperwork and records.
• Apply proper pool maintenance procedures.
• Communicate politely and complete all work in a timely and accurate manner.
• Cleaning pools will be required on an as needed basis.
• Be on time
• Apply proper pool chemistry (we will teach)

Experience in pool cleaning and maintenance repair required :

Bonus Potential:

This position has the potential of earning an annual bonus by the company when specific gross revenue goals are met for the year.

Benefits:

A company truck will be provided which you keep fully stocked with tools and inventory. You will receive paid vacation time following a qualifying period.

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must be a licensed driver in the State of Florida, with a clean driving record.
• Must comply strictly to all road signs, driving rules and regulations, and be noted for safe and courteous driving habits while operating company vehicles.
• Have a high degree of stamina for physical labor, with the ability to work in high degrees of heat and adverse weather conditions.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds repetitively and often.
• Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, stretch and climb repetitively and often.
• Must have the ability to work around chlorine without an allergic reaction.
• Willing to have background check performed

Full time, From 7 a.m. to finish (4 p.m.) Monday through Friday.

Job Type: Full-time or Part-time

Pay: $13.00- 23.00 per hour. Pay is based on experience.

Starting wage will be based on skills, experience, and qualifications.

We will train you the methods designed to give our customers superior value

Can also be Salary depending on your needs and experience.

Salary: $26,000.00 to $47,000.00 /year
