Position: Power Washing Technician
Type: Full-Time
Rolling Suds is looking for a motivated and reliable
Power Washing Technician to join our growing team! In this hands-on role, youll be responsible for delivering top-tier power washing services to our residential clients, ensuring every project is completed with precision, professionalism, and care.
What Youll Do:
- Perform power washing and soft washing services for driveways, siding, decks, fences, and other exterior surfaces
- Ensure each job is completed safely, efficiently, and to our quality standards
- Communicate professionally with homeowners to ensure satisfaction and answer questions
- Maintain and operate pressure washing equipment and vehicles
- Follow all safety protocols and job site procedures
- Use mobile apps and technology for job tracking, documentation, and reporting
What Were Looking For:
- 1+ year of experience in pressure washing or related home services (window cleaning, landscaping, handyman work, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Self-motivated and dependable with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working outdoors and in a variety of weather conditions
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Able to pass a mandatory drug screening
- Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
