Job Description
We are hiring for a Project Accountant in Waukesha, WI. This is an addition to a growing organization in the construction industry. You will focus on the daily aspects of accounting under the leadership of the Controller. If you have at least five years of experience, this could be a good fit for you.
Project Accountant Responsibilities:
Enter and code invoices into database
Add subcontracts and maintain vendor files
Analyze project expenses, including labor, materials, and overhead
Collaborate with project managers to create budgets
Requirements:
Five or more years of construction accounting experience
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree required
Strong systems experience preferably in NetSuite or Sage
Professional communication skills both verbal and written
