Job Description

We’re seeking a proactive and adaptable Project Manager with experience in building automation, fire alarm, or electronic security systems. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to manage projects and foster collaboration across teams and clients. Key

• Lead technical projects from planning to completion, ensuring quality and budget control.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
• Resolve issues with analytical thinking and conflict resolution strategies.
• Promote teamwork and a positive work environment.
• Mentor and develop team members, modeling leadership and professionalism.
• Analyze financials to manage costs and drive project profitability.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and influence outcomes through clear communication.

Required Skills & Experience

• College Degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years relevant field service or project management
• Industry experience: electronic, fire alarm & life safety, and/or building automation

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Certifications & Licenses: Project Management Institute (PMI); industry-specific certifications and/or licenses

Compensation: $40/hr - $50/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
