Judson Realty, LLC, a full-service real estate firm, licensed in the state of New York, is seeking a Property Manager to oversee, manage, and support a portfolio of luxury retail and residential properties, focusing on Madison Avenue and the other high-end corridors. With a long-established reputation for success, reliability and discretion, Judson Realty provides customized services for its select clientele.

The successful candidate will be a quick thinker who possesses strong communication skills, a proven track record of success at managing staff in the field, and be able to execute the following tasks:

• Regularly interface with tenants, owners, and in-house and external brokers, as well as tradesmen including architects, plumbers, electricians, roofers, exterminators, landscapers, and contractors, among others.
• Prepare and process new tenant applications, leases and lease renewals, as well as secure certificates of insurance.
• Oversee vendor service contracts and secure and maintain current certificates of insurance.
• Process and submit all required governmental filings including RPIE, Apartment Registration, MDS, etc.
• Work closely with the accounting department to generate monthly reports on MDS and QuickBooks for Ownership to include Statement of Operations, Profit and Loss, General Ledger and Bank Reconciliations

The Property Manager will be a confident self-starter who is able to give and receive direction, all while representing Judson Realty in an appropriate and professional manner. The Property Manager will work directly under the VP of Management.

This position requires that the successful applicant be on site during the full work week and on-call after hours to respond to emergencies.

Salary commensurate with experience plus other benefits.
