Overview

As a full-cycle Recruiter , you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to fill open positions within our clients' organizations. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand the requirements of each role and then use a variety of sourcing methods to find the best candidates.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job postings, social media, and other channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Manage the offer and negotiation process
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all candidates and hiring activities
• Consistently set and maintain KPI quotas and goals
• Support legacy clients with their staffing and recruiting needs
• Generate and support new client companies with their recruiting needs

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• 3-5 years of office experience required
• Previous agency recruiting/staffing experience preferred
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferred
• Zip Recruiter, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong writing and grammatical abilities
• Sales and marketing oriented
• Experience with sales and/or cold calling

Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:00AM - 5:00PM), in-office

Compensation: $40,000 - $62,000 Annually + Commission!
