Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) -Darnestown- 20874 

Job Summary:

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a vital role in helping us achieve our mission to improve the quality of life for our families and their children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We are seeking a passionate and compassionate RBT to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Work one-on-one with clients with ASD to implement individualized behavior plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and team members

• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to ensure effective communication and collaboration

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and therapy sessions

• Assist with setting up and organizing therapy sessions and materials

• Collaborate with BCBA to develop and implement behavior plans and goals

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (n/a)

• Completion of a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training program and certification

• Minimum of 0 years of experience (n/a)

• Ability to work part-time and full-time schedules, including weekends and evenings (as needed)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively with clients with ASD and their families

• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes and other locations (as needed)
