Wallman Unlimited Company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced 1099 Direct Hire Recruiter to join our growing team. As a remote member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home while still contributing to the success of our company.
As a 1099 Direct Hire Recruiter, your main responsibility will be to source, screen, and place qualified candidates for our clients' direct hire positions. This is a 1099, commission only position with a flexible schedule, allowing you to manage your own time and workload.
Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for specific roles
- Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interviews
- Develop and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a direct hire recruiter or similar role
- Familiarity with and access to various sourcing techniques and tools (must have own access to sourcing tools)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
