Job Description

We are working with a leading exteriors company based in Baltimore.

They are looking for an experienced Roofing Superintendent to oversee daily field operations for commercial roofing projects. You will be responsible for managing crews and subcontractors, ensuring safety and quality standards, and delivering projects on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead on-site crews and subcontractors, ensuring proper execution of roofing projects
• Oversee safety compliance, production, and quality control
• Coordinate material deliveries, equipment, and manpower across multiple projects
• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Conduct inspections, resolve field issues, and manage punch lists
• Communicate progress, issues, and updates to Project Managers and leadership

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial roofing field experience, including supervising crews
• Strong knowledge of flat and metal roofing systems
• OSHA 30 preferred
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and crews effectively
