Sales Director Pensions, Endowments, Foundations, and Family Offices

We are seeking a Sales Director based in NewYork (preferred) or SanFrancisco. This role reports directly to the Head of Prime Brokerage and Institutional Sales and requires an experienced sales professional with strong relationships in the PEF space and across pensions, endowments, foundations, and family offices.

Responsibilities

• Increase revenues across all of BitGos solutions: secure wallets, regulated custody, and prime through the acquisition of new client relationships.
• Represent BitGo products and services externally in client meetings and at industry events in the U.S. region and occasionally globally.
• Understand regional market microstructure and evolving competitor landscape.
• Lead the endtoend sales life cycle, including preparing presentations, proposals, and coordinating with internal teams to onboard clients.
• Become an expert in the cryptocurrency market and BitGos custody, trading, staking, and lending.
• Work autonomously in a fastpaced environment, driving and managing client requests, issues, and initiatives across multiple teams (trading, lending, operations, compliance, support).
• Conduct demos and product deep dives, leveraging your expertise of BitGos products and how they meet the needs of a specific client.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in institutional or enterprise sales, business development, or other frontoffice roles in financial services, digital assets, fintech, or an adjacent industry.
• Strong grasp of finance and technical terminology, concepts, and ability to translate between both languages.
• Enthusiasm for the digital asset industry and curiosity about new concepts such as protocols, tokens, DeFi, NFTs.
• Agility and appetite for learning new products/technology in a fastdeveloping environment.
• Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
• Critical thinking, open communication, and ownership mentality.

Pay Transparency Notice : Compensation ranges between $225k $275k base plus equity and an annual performance bonus.
